He will be bringing with him four birds including a Barn Owl\, Peregrine Falcon and Bald Eagle\, which the children will meet during an exciting presentation in the school hall! DESCRIPTION:This half term our topic in history will be the Great Fire of London. We have a historian coming to visit and teach us about the Great Fire of London. \nOur visitor is called Sir William Petty\, he was a mathematician and member of the Royal Society during the time of the Great fire. He lost a lot of properties during the fires and studied the consequences of the Great Fire of London. He created plans for rebuilding London after also. He will be a friendly and eccentric man with lots of stories to share with our children throughout the day. \n
